Menper is a sales order management app operated for Menper Distributors. It is for authorized company representatives, not public shopping or payment processing.
Information used by the app
The company manages salesperson names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers and password verification data. The app also handles assigned business-client names, addresses, contact details, order items, quantities, prices, discounts, notes, dates and order status. Do not enter patient records or other sensitive medical information in order notes.
How information is used
Information is used to sign in, maintain client assignments, prepare and process orders, display order history and sales summaries, recover account access, and send requested order documents and office notifications. Company administrators can manage these business records. Salespeople can access the records assigned to their account.
Service providers and sharing
Hostinger hosts the app and its company database and product images. Resend processes transactional messages, including password recovery and order emails. An order document contains the relevant client and order details and is shared with the company office or the recipient selected by an authorized user. Hosting and email providers may process technical access or delivery logs to operate and secure their services.
The app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not collect payment-card details or process payments. Sales summaries are calculated from company order records.
Information on your device
The app stores a sign-in session, an optional remembered email address, and an unfinished order draft for each account on that device. Drafts include selected client identifiers, product details, quantities, discounts and notes. A draft is available again when the same salesperson signs in; another account cannot open it through the app. Drafts are removed after confirmed submission or when you choose Discard order. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app can remove local drafts. Drafts do not synchronize between devices.
Retention and requests
Business records are managed by the company. Removing a client or account does not necessarily erase historical orders, and records may be retained for company operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, account closure or deletion, contact the company using the address below. The company will review the request, verify identity where needed, and explain any records that must be retained.
